If you have a unique lifting situation, we can design Australian Standards compliant lifting equipment such as lifting beams, spreader bars/frames and lifting cages. Our design capabilities also extend to the design of new and unique devices for lifting specific materials, products or equipment in line with specific process requirements.
If you have a lifting device that has not been verified by a qualified engineer then you are taking a significant risk each time it is used. We can analyse existing or proposed equipment and verify that the design is safe to use and compliant with Australian Standards. Should a design be found to be defficient we can recommend modifications and/or processes (e.g. physical testing) that will need to be undertaken to correct the situation.
